Calls over and over again. Day in, day out. Day after day without end. Always completely silent. Hangs up after 8 or 23 seconds. If you call the number back, a machine claims it was about local political issues and not a sales call. Then it hangs up on you. But obviously it is straight up harassment since they call again and again and again and again and again. And then use silence and hanging up. So harassment can be the *only* reason for the call since harassment is the *only* thing that happens.
