Voicemail "Hi, we are attempting to contact you regarding recent activity that was attached to your bank account. Please press one to speak to one of our representatives." No use of my name or the name of my bank....Nice try
Had a missed called from that number then returned call from my home phone however it’s a blocked number. When they answered they said why are you calling our company anonymously?!?? SCAM
When I called 657 236-2160 back the guy on the other end said, “Is this (called me by name)?” I answered, “Yes, who is this?” Answer: “This is Dave Smith with arbitration.” I hung up. Did not answer with a business name. By his answer wanted me to start giving out personal information. SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT CALL! DO NOT ANSWER! Any legitimate company will give identifiable information up front. You will know the name of the company, who is calling and what they want in the beginning of the call.
