Phoned at 7 am MST. Left voice-mail that was all static. I phoned back to find out who called so I could report and it went to their voice-mail. Claimed to be Fed back tax negotiation service. Note I always file and pay my taxes by the deadline so if they were legit they have no business phoning me.
