It is important for me to be able to stay in touch with my clients as well as my healthcare providers as I am chronically ill but this also leads to me having incessant phone calls that I waste time on. Bec I was literally losing my mind, and, starting to waste a lot of stress on said calls that didn\'t need to go through. If you are receiving too many Robo calls or too many spam calls. This is worth your money, especially if you own your own business.

Well, so far, this is blocked all of the Robo calls and scam calls so I would definitely have to say that I am happy with this app.

Called at 3:53, then again at 3:57. Stated she was "Andrea Gonzelas" or Herandez or something like that and wanted to speak to the person in charge of the electric bill. I told her no one was available and she repeated herself about 3x afterwards - That she was with MBG calling about a late bill with AEP. After asking if she could leave a message she said she would show me something on Page1, I asked how she was going to show me something / I didn't understand; She repeated her intro again. Eventually left me her "name" and repeated the intro with the phone number. Obvious scam when they won't leave a proper message, pretty sure someone else from the same company but different number called last night with a different spiel. Don't give them any identifying info!
I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HER, SAID HER NAME WAS LOUISA LOPEZ, WANTED ME TO GRAB OUR PECO BILL I TOLD HER I WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL BACK AND I KEPT ASKING FOR HER NUMBER SHE SAID NO JUST GET THE BILL IT WILL TAKE 2 MINUTES I SAID I DON'T HAVE TIME WHATS YOUR NUMBER AND I HUNG UP SHE CALLED RIGHT BACK SAID SAME THING I HUNG UP AGAIN, STOP CALLING!
Called today with a very heavy accident saying they are part of Eversource and needed rates. Told them we will only talk directly to Eversource and hung up. They called back about 3 more times in a row and just picked up and hung up. Our phones are busy, I don't have time for crap.
PERSON WITH HEAVY MEXICAN ACCENT WAS VERY PERSISTANT WHEN I SAID NO. KEPT ASKING WHO THEY WERE, NO EXPLANATION EXCEPT THAT THEY WANTED OUR ELECTRIC RATES...HUH? I HUNG UP ON HER, SHE PROCEEDED TO CALL AGAIN, JUST PICKED UP AND HUNG UP. SHE CALLED 6 TIMES IN A ROW!! WTF?? I'M THE OFFICE MANAGER HERE AND I HAVE NO TIME FOR THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received a call from "Angie Martinez" who claimed to be from PSE&G, but wanted us to call her back with our JCP&L account information. Uh-huh...gonna fall for someone that works for two different companies...
she claims she's calling from Comed in regarding to electricity bill and require further information yada yada then proceeded to harass business's phone line several times when rejected. "I don't want to have to call you....I just want...." THEN STOP CALLING DUH! Pretty dumb on her part when she could have used the time wasted calling many others without consistently calling 6 times in a row!
