Very rude because I would confirm my name and I asked who was calling and was very upset that I was asking questions but not answering his. Obviously these people are scammers. I called back twice and they called me by my first and last name so either they have a caller ID or they have some other device where they can see who's calling.
First time they call said health care and it was a lady 2nd time they call saying government assistance and it was a man
Was strange as no call was coming through as I was calling a friend. Suddenly I'm hearing people talking like if someone was at a store, this female asked if this is Jackie. I looked at my phone because I know I was dialing my friends phone, this call intercept it. I said no. I call back a guy answered saying hi and my first name. Like weird. So I hear him saying nothing about who he is or anything but it's a recorded line only. I don't say it's me. This is totally a scam.
