Repeatedly calls but can barely speak ENGLISH. Trying to scam people into giving out their electric account info. Perhaps they should spend more time trying to find a real job and make an honest living, instead of wasting people's time and trying to scam people out of money.
Foreign caller. Very persistent and annoying. Keeps calling back to sell electric energy contract.
receved 5 calls in a row. I answered one and they wanted an accounting manager. I said no accounting manager and hung up. The called back 2 more times until I blocked them.
Called with a broken English accent, demanding for me to send a copy of my bill for no actual reason.
