This is an India based called center trying to spoof a debt collector to get you to confirm information to gain your identity. They did it to me! You lost a certain amount of information from one of the data breaches these past few years. Some of this information is naturally covered up like the first 5 digits of your SSN. They need you to "confirm" AKA "give to them freely" the information that was blacked out that they are missing. DO NOT ANSWER!
They were asking if [name] was available, asked twice, then said "thank you for your time" after I asked who was this
Had a missed call from this number the other day, called back and get a busy line. They called me again today and when I answered the phone immediately hung up
Calls every evening around 6pm. No response if you answer. Leaves no messages.
