This is ally financial, You need to pay your car payments people
This is Legit. I called a few times today and their IVR is jacked up. I called twice. I put my verification info in and then the line dropped immediately on both instances. I guess the system caught the instance and made an attempt to call me back and place me into a queue awaiting a rep. Also, I'm not behind so it wasn't a callback regarding past due. Hell I was actually calling to get my pay off amount.
Please block all of their calls and report to the authorities
