After constant calls in which they claim they are part of UHC, they try to get all bank & financial info, They refused to give owners name, address or registered agent for service of process. Kept trying to get my DOB, & my United Healthcare member #. Everything about them spells fraud. They would only give me a Salt Lake po box #.They absolutely are NOT United Healthcare.
