Caller ID showed as national police and troopers. Didn't answer seems to be scam
Told this person was answer my father's phone that he had died in December. Wanted to know why I couldn't give. I said the person you called is dead! He said, can't you just give $15. Unbelievable, these are supposed to be donations for police and fire?
