Legitimate or not, it borders on harrassment when it's a nearly daily occurrence for something that is two months away and could be accomplished with a simple email or letter. I've gotten nearly a dozen calls from them already, and on top of that, trying to simply do as they ask and verify payment options on their website is a mess of a process that I still haven't been able to make work. Is it so odd that I don't want to make any changes and just continue our previous arrangement? Seems simple enough, but it causes error messages whenever I try to complete it so fuck 'em. Number blocked.
