When someone came on after robo call I was able to determine they were not licensed in my state for real estate. It is not legal to cold call people on do not call list, and it is also not legal for a person without a license to try and pitch selling your house. These are demonstrably unethical people, why on earth would I pick them to deal with a two million dollar real estate deal honestly??

Real Estate offer on a house I don't own. Replied I'd take a lot of money, they break character.
