Man with accent, claiming to be from Novartis, wanted two employees, who he alleged were waiting for his call regarding a webinar. Told him neither was available and voicemail system had been abolished (true). He decided to resort to email.

Jeff Peterman from Novartis in Texas (man with accent) claimed that an operations executive and a technical services manager were expecting his call. Right. Told they were both unavailable, he said that he'd email them and hung up.
