I paused RK so I would not miss this call and it blocked it twice! I have written you on this but the fox I was told to do did not work.

Said she was Kerry at Aetna Medicare asking for personal info so she could talk to me about my recent call. I wouldn’t give anything and told her I would call Aetna. She said go ahead they will read all the notes and continued to ask for my date of birth and my address. I hung up and called Aetna. They said there are no notes and they would never call me asking for personal info.
