Called it back. "Mr. Cook" with Jacksonville Firefighters Drive looking for donation for Teddy Bear Drive. Do not give CC# over the phone as it cannot be proven who you're talking to. Caller ID does not display. Ask for payment slip in mail from organization if you want to donate.
